Virtual Wine & Cheese Tasting Brings Department Together

On Friday, March 26th, the Department of Chemistry came together via Zoom to taste test different wine & cheese pairings. The event was organized by the Directors of Graduate Student Initiatives (Adam Antoszewski, Phil Gemmel, Sarah Willson, Matt Zajac). Tastings were lead by Professor Scott Snyder and Professor Stuart Rowan to describe the attributes of each pairing and (of course), the chemistry behind them.

The wines and cheeses were sourced from 57th Street Wines, a local Hyde Park business.
